Scheveningen, dorp

Scheveningen is a lively area with dunes, beach and sea within walking distance. In the district of Scheveningen you will find many houses from before 1916, but also many 1930's flats and houses from the 1980's. 

Scheveningen 'dorp' (village) with the characteristic Old Church and th 'Keizerstraat', is the meeting point of many residents. Densely built courtyards with narrow streets give some parts still that authentic fishing village character. Keizerstraat is the oldest and most historic shopping street of Scheveningen.
